Role-limited access
Organization admins manage events and reports. Receptionists use check-in and attendee search without organization administration privileges.
QR validation
Secure registration tokens identify attendees. The reception flow reports an existing check-in so the same arrival is not silently counted twice.
Audit history
Administrative and check-in actions are recorded to support review of operational changes and attendance corrections.
Payments
Organizer ticket payments use the organizer’s supported gateway connection. EventPilot charges 0% ticket commission; gateway processing fees may apply.

To report a security or privacy concern, email hello@eventspilot.in. Do not include attendee data unless requested through a secure channel.
